Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By registering for or using the AbikAI service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Our service
AbikAI builds a business website using artificial intelligence and then hosts it with SSL and a free subdomain. You can connect your own domain and edit the content in the editor we provide. AI-generated output must be reviewed by you before it is published.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping the information you give us accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and verification codes (OTP) secret.
- One account is for one business. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
4. Pricing and payment
All packages are billed every 30 days (monthly), or every 12 months with a 10%. The 12-month option is prepaid and not an automatic contract; there is no setup fee. The promo price is shown beside the regular price on the pricing page.

If a payment does not arrive we allow a 3-day grace period before the service is suspended. A suspended website is not deleted immediately — see the retention section of the Privacy Notice.
5. Kuota penggunaan
Every package has a per-period quota that is re-granted on each renewal (monthly or 12-month). The quota keeps AI generation costs — and therefore prices — low.

6. Content and ownership
The content AI generates for you — text, images and layout — is yours and you can export it. You are responsible for making sure the content you upload or publish does not infringe anyone else\'s rights. We keep a copy on your behalf only to run the service.
7. Prohibited use
- Illegal or misleading content, or content that breaks the law in the country you sell in.
- Fraud, get-rich-quick schemes, unlicensed gambling, or prohibited products.
- Spam, bulk email, or collecting personal data without consent.
- Malicious code, attempts to break into our systems, or excessive use that harms other customers.
8. Termination
You may stop at any time; there is no termination fee. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where the circumstances allow.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current billing period. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or lost profit.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Malaysia.
